Kenosha Civic Veteran’s Parade
The Gratzi Joins the 2025 Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade
The Gratzi team had the privilege of participating in the 2025 Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade. Held annually in celebration of Independence Day, the parade is one of the city’s largest and most well-attended community events, bringing together residents, local businesses, civic organizations, and public service members.
Community connection has always been a core part of who we are. Being present, participating, and celebrating together is something we value deeply.
Celebrating 175 Years of Kenosha
This year’s theme, 175 Years of Kenosha, paid tribute to the city’s history and lasting legacy. From its early days to its present-day growth, Kenosha has continued to evolve while remaining grounded in strong community values.
For our team, the theme served as a creative starting point. We leaned into the city’s deep sense of local pride with a patriotic float that featured bold red, white, and blue elements. Our slogan, “Kenosha Proud, Gratzi Loud,” was front and center, capturing both our enthusiasm and our connection to the community.

Our team was especially excited to be recognized with second place for Best Use of Theme. We put thoughtful effort into creating a float that celebrated Kenosha’s history in a way that was visually engaging and meaningful to paradegoers.
Connecting with the Kenosha Community
Participation in this year’s parade was an opportunity to connect with the broader Kenosha community outside of our day-to-day work. We were proud to be alongside other local businesses and organizations. The chance to engage directly with community members who have supported us throughout the years was greatly appreciated.
As we walked the route, we were met with cheers, waves, and familiar faces throughout the crowd. It was so rewarding to see the positive reaction to our float and to feel the energy from people of all ages. From longtime clients to first-time paradegoers, the response reminded us how important building real, lasting relationships with the people we serve is.

Our involvement in the parade is one small way we show our ongoing commitment to the people and neighborhoods we serve. Taking part in events like this is an extension of the values we hold as a company. At The Gratzi, we believe in maintaining strong relationships with the people and communities we serve. Events like this provide an opportunity to show up, connect face-to-face, and reinforce our ongoing commitment to supporting Kenosha and the surrounding area.

Connecting with a QR Code Selfie
To make the experience even more engaging, we invited paradegoers to participate in a community photo moment using a QR code featured on our float. The code led to a selfie post from The Gratzi, where attendees could take a photo, tag themselves, and share their parade experience. It was a simple but fun way to bring digital interaction into a live event, and it gave us another opportunity to connect with people beyond the parade route. The response was positive, with many participants joining in and sharing their own photos with pride.

Thank You, Kenosha
We would like to thank the City of Kenosha, the event organizers, and the many volunteers who helped coordinate this year’s parade. It was a well-executed event that provided lasting value to the community. We are grateful to have been included and look forward to participating again next year.
