The Gratzi is looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team!
At The Gratzi, we believe great client relationships are built through trust, communication, and follow-through.
As our Client Success Associate, you’ll become the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. You’ll guide them through quarterly review meetings, answer questions, solve problems, identify opportunities for growth, and help ensure they continue seeing value in working with our team.
Some conversations will be easy.
Some won’t.
You’ll celebrate wins with your clients, but you’ll also help navigate challenges, work through frustrations, and occasionally help retain clients who are considering leaving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey
- Leading quarterly review meetings
- Working with internal teams to keep projects moving
- Answering client questions and resolving concerns
- Identifying opportunities where additional services could benefit clients
- Presenting growth recommendations when appropriate
- Working to retain clients who are considering cancellation
- Gathering client testimonials, referrals, and reviews
