What You’ll Do
- Own full-charge bookkeeping (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)
- Process weekly payroll and payroll taxes
- Maintain QuickBooks and financial accuracy
- Assist ownership with budgeting and reporting
- Track job costing and profit & loss
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and business reports
- Support onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel records
- Coordinate with managers and support office operations
You’ll have full responsibility for your role and work closely with ownership and leadership.

Requirements:
An associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience required
3 plus years of full-charge bookkeeping and administration experience
Proficient with QuickBooks
Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Ability to create spreadsheets with formulas is paramount
