Over the years he started learning how the backend of websites work such as optimization, maintenance, and basic coding. Josh and his wife own a small eCommerce website (built by The Gratzi of course) and he does a lot of the backend work himself. He also knows how much work goes into building a small business. From this, he has developed a passion to help other small businesses grow and succeed.
