Josh has worked in multiple industries and has always enjoyed learning about different industries and businesses. Over the years he started learning how the backend of websites work such as optimization, maintenance, and basic coding. Josh and his wife own a small eCommerce website (built by The Gratzi of course) and he does a lot of the backend work himself. He also knows how much work goes into building a small business. From this, he has developed a passion to help other small businesses grow and succeed.
